Whether you're flying home from a holiday or visiting Salisbury for the first time, the last leg of the journey should be the easy part. With a pre-booked transfer, your driver is waiting in arrivals with your name on a board, your flight is tracked, and the price was fixed when you booked. Here is how it works.

What it costs to get from the airport to Salisbury

Our fixed fares are the same in both directions, so the price into Salisbury matches the price out:

• Gatwick to Salisbury: £190 or £230, about 99 miles.

Prices are per vehicle, not per person. The saloon carries up to 4 passengers with 3 large cases, and the multiseater up to 8 with room for extra luggage. If you're heading somewhere outside Salisbury, the online quote works out the fixed price for your address.

Before you fly: what to send us

• Your flight number and arrival airport, plus the terminal if you know it.
• The address you're going to.
• How many passengers and cases there are, and anything bulky such as a pushchair or golf bag.
• The ages of any children who need a child seat. Child seats are free on request.

Before the day, you'll receive your driver's name, photo and vehicle details, so you know exactly who to look for.

When you land: meet and greet in arrivals

Your driver waits in the arrivals area with a name board showing your name. They'll help with your luggage and walk you to the car, so there's no hunting around car parks after a long flight. In the car there's complimentary bottled water, free Wi-Fi and phone charging for the drive home.

If your flight is early or late

We track your flight and adjust the collection to when you actually land, so an early arrival or a delay is handled without you having to rebook. We allow 60 minutes of complimentary waiting at the airport to cover passport control and baggage reclaim, and any standard parking charges at the pick-up point are included in that time. Visiting Salisbury? Add a stop on the way

If you're visiting, you might want to stop somewhere on the way in, such as Stonehenge. Tell us when you book and we'll include the stop in your fixed price. Stops requested on the day may cost extra, and we'll explain any charge before we go ahead. We can drop you at your hotel, a holiday let, a family address or Salisbury railway station.

Book the return at the same time

If you're flying out again, book both journeys together and we take 10% off the return leg. Heathrow to Salisbury and back, for example, is £285 in a saloon rather than £300.
