Live flight & cruise status — we watch every journey
Your flight or your ship, tracked in real time. We monitor every arrival and sailing that affects your transfer and adjust your pick-up to what's actually happening — so a delay becomes our problem to solve, not yours.
Yes — Go Travel Services tracks your flight or cruise in real time and adjusts your Salisbury pick-up to your actual arrival. We monitor every inbound flight and sailing into Heathrow, Gatwick, Bristol, Southampton, Bournemouth and the Southampton, Portsmouth and Dover cruise terminals, meet you on arrival with a name board, and never charge extra for reasonable delays — the fixed price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Track your flight
Enter your flight number for its live status. We watch every inbound flight and move your pick-up to your real landing time — no charge for reasonable delays.
Compare flights — then book your transfer
Find the fare that suits you from the airports we serve, then lock in a fixed-price transfer to get you there and back. One less thing to juggle.
Sample fares shown — connects to a live flight-price feed once your flight API is set up. Prices are illustrative.

Track your cruise or sailing
Sailing from Southampton, Portsmouth or Dover? Check your ship’s status. We time your transfer around boarding and check-in, so you reach the right terminal in good time — luggage and all.
Southampton cruise terminals — which one is yours?
Southampton has five cruise terminals. Tell us your ship and we'll take you to the right one — here's the quick guide.
Ocean Terminal
Often Cunard and premium lines — e.g. Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria, Queen Anne.
Mayflower Terminal
Frequently P&O Cruises and Princess — e.g. Britannia, Ventura, Sky Princess.
Horizon Terminal
P&O Cruises’ newest ships often sail from here — e.g. Iona and Arvia.
City & QEII Terminals
Royal Caribbean, MSC and others — e.g. Anthem of the Seas.
Portsmouth & Dover
Sailing from Portsmouth International Port or the Port of Dover instead? We cover those too.

“What a fantastic service! Family of 4 with 4 large suitcases and the team made sure we fit comfortably. Boris arrived on time and had a bottle of water each ready. On our return he found us with his iPad showing our family name and walked us to the car. I cannot fault Boris and the team.”

Your route is watched, too
Flights and sailings aren't the only thing we keep an eye on. We monitor the A303, M3, M27 and M25 — the roads every Salisbury transfer depends on — and set off with the right buffer for the conditions on the day. For check-in timings and the traffic windows to avoid, see our airport travel guide.
How flight monitoring works — step by step
- 1
Book with your flight or ship details
Get your fixed price and add your flight number or ship name when you book — that is all we need to start watching your journey.
- 2
We track it automatically
From the moment you book, we monitor your inbound flight or sailing in real time. You do not need to keep us posted or check anything yourself.
- 3
Your driver is there at the real time
Early, late or diverted, your pick-up time moves to your actual arrival. Reasonable delays are never charged — the fixed price you were quoted is the price you pay.
Live status — your questions
Do I pay extra if my flight is delayed?
No. We track your flight and move your pick-up to your real landing time. Reasonable delays are covered by your fixed price — there is no meter running while you are in the air.
How do you know if my flight lands early?
We monitor your inbound flight from the moment you book, so if you land ahead of schedule your driver is already adjusting to be there when you come through — not sitting on the original time.
Can you track cruise departures too?
Yes. If you are sailing from Southampton, Portsmouth or Dover we watch your ship and time your transfer around the boarding and check-in window, so you arrive at the right terminal in good time.
Which Southampton terminal will my cruise leave from?
Southampton has five cruise terminals — Ocean, Mayflower, Horizon, City and QEII. The terminal depends on your ship and sailing; tell us your ship when you book and we will take you to the right one. There is a quick guide on this page.
Is the live map real?
Yes — the map shows genuine aircraft positions over the South of England from OpenSky, refreshing automatically. The flight and cruise status checkers currently run on sample journeys to show how they work, and connect to a real-time feed once that is switched on.
What if my flight or ship is not listed in the checker?
In demo mode only the example journeys return a result. For your real booking we track any flight or sailing — give us the number when you book, or call us on 07880 167302 and we will confirm everything for you.
What is flight monitoring?
Flight monitoring means we track the live status of your inbound flight from the moment you book, so your driver’s pick-up time is based on when your flight actually lands, not the scheduled time on your ticket. It is included as standard on every Go Travel Services airport transfer.
Which airports do you cover from Salisbury?
We provide flight-monitored transfers from Salisbury to Heathrow, Gatwick, Bristol, Southampton, Bournemouth, Luton, Stansted and London City airports, and to the Southampton, Portsmouth and Dover cruise terminals.
Do you charge extra for waiting time after a delay?
No. Because we track your flight and adjust to your real arrival, reasonable delays are covered by your fixed price. There is no meter and no surge pricing — the price we quote is the price you pay.
How far in advance should I book an airport transfer from Salisbury?
Book as soon as you have your flight or sailing details so your driver is confirmed and your pick-up time is planned around check-in. We operate 24 hours a day and can often help at short notice — call or WhatsApp 07880 167302.
